Thirty-First Sitting of the Industry Committee

On 5 November, the Industry Committee held a sitting, in line with article 72 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, to consider the situation in Zastava PES from Surdulica, following its privatisation.



On 5 November, the Industry Committee held a sitting, in line with article 72 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, to consider the situation in Zastava PES from Surdulica, following its privatisation.

The Zastava PES representatives informed the Committee on the current stage of the privatisation proceedings and listed the problems they face. It was decided that the state should not interfere in the privatisation and that the Privatisation Agency should rule on whether the buyer had fulfilled the conditions set in the Privatisation Contract or not.

The sitting was chaired by Milorad Buha, Committee Chairman.
