On 12 October, in the continuation of the sixty-seventh sitting which commenced on 22 June, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for termination of term of office of deputy Dragan Sormaz.

Following the debate, the proposal made by the Democratic Party of Serbia that Dragan Sormaz have his term of office revoked did not win the support of the majority of Administrative Committee members. The Proposal that the Administrative Committee submit a report to the National Assembly establishing the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Dragan Sormaz before the expiration of the term he was elected to, was not accepted as only eight Committee members voted in favour of it.

The Administrative Committee noted that the conditions for the termination of term of office before the expiration of the term the deputy was elected to have not been met, and neither have those for the submission of a report to the National Assembly on it.

The Committee considered the request of Nevena Petrusic, Equality Commissioner, and, in line with the Administrative Committee Decision, adopted a Document establishing Nevena Petrusic’s right to reimbursement of accommodation costs in a monthly sum of 35 thousand RSD for the lease of an apartment in Belgrade and a Document establishing her right to a monthly reimbursement of costs for living separately from her family amounting to 75% of the average monthly income of an employee in the Republic of Serbia economic sector.

The Committee adopted a Decision Granting Consent to the Rulebook on the Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Support Service of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
