At the sitting held on 18 March, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat.

The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of deputy Goran Cvetanovic, elected from the Serbian Radical Party – Dr Vojislav Seselj electoral list, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly.

The Committee ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of deputy Lidija Dimitrijevic and proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the deputy’s term of office.

At the sitting, the Administrative Committee adopted the Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation in the Support Services of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

The Administrative Committee adopted a Decision on fining deputy Aleksandar Martinovic, reprimanded for disturbing the order at the Seventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, three thousand RSD.

In line with the memo the Committee on Defense and Security formulated on 10 March 2010, the Committee recommended that the deputies donate a minimum of thousand RSD into a Solidarity Fund to assist the family of the late police officer Zeljko Zecevic, who lost his life in the line of duty.

The Committee went on to adopt a Decision on the salary for the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection and Deputy Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection

At the sitting, the Committee also completed the list for parking stickers A-I and A-II.
