The National Assembly Speaker proposed that the agenda for the sitting should contain the Bill amending and modifying the Customs Law, submitted by the Government, and a number of bills on the confirmation of international agreements and treaties viz.: the Bill on the Confirmation of the Extradition Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia; the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Slovenia on Mutual Execution of Judicial Decisions in Criminal Matters; Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the State of Palestine on Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on Mutual Stimulation and Protection of Investment.
The Speaker proposed that the National Assembly should also consider the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Uzice and the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zajecar, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the National Assembly.
It was also proposed that the National Assembly should consider the Proposal of the Decision on the Dismissal of a Member of the National Council for Higher Education, submitted by the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society of the National Assembly and the Proposal of the Decision Granting Consent to the Decision amending the Decision on the Establishment and Operation of the Support Service of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality and the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Support Service of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the National Assembly.
