Sixteenth Sitting of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction
At the sitting held on 20 October, the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction considered and accepted, in principle, the Bill amending the Law on Maintenance of Residential Buildings and the Bill on Communal Activities, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Bills were elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning.
The Bill amending the Law on Maintenance of Residential Buildings means an amendment to the basic Law in line with the Decision of the Constitutional Court of the
The Bill on Communal Activities aims to achieve efficiency, rationality and quality of communal service, as well as protect public interests and suppress corruption in communal activities.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Jovan Nesovic.
