Seventy-Sixth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 25 February, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments to the Bill on the National Assembly, submitted by a group of 128 deputies.
At the sitting held on 25 February, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments to the Bill on the National Assembly, submitted by a group of 128 deputies.
Out of the 91 amendments submitted by the deputies, Justice and Administration Committee and Ombudsman, the Committee rejected five as incomplete and untimely. The Committee deemed the remaining amendments to the Bill on the National Assembly legally feasible.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic, while Ombudsman Sasa Jankovic and Nada Kolundzija, authorised representative of the submitters, took part in the proceedings.
