Seventy-Seventh Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 20 December, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Jasmina Milosevic, elected from the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) – Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS) – United Serbia (US) electoral list.
At the sitting held on 20 December, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Jasmina Milosevic, elected from the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) – Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS) – United Serbia (US) electoral list. The Committee members unanimously adopted the proposal that the Administrative Committee should submit a Report to the National Assembly establishing sufficient grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Jasmina Milosevic before the expiration of the term she was elected to.
The Administrative Committee considered the request of Vesna Ciric, member of the Republic Electoral Commission, for an opinion specified in article 28 of the Law on the Anti-Corruption Agency. The Committee adopted the opinion to allow Vesna Ciric to also discharge the office of Director of the National Housing Loan Insurance Corporation.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
