Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 2 August, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted on 2 August, on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that a term of office had been allocated to Nebojsa Zdravkovic from the UNITED REGIONS OF SERBIA – MLADJAN DINKIC Electoral List, and proposed that the National Assembly verify the newly-elected MP’s term of office.
