SPEAKER DULIC RECEIVES THE NEWLY APPOINTED AMBASSADOR OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Dr Oliver Dulic received today the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Wolfram Maas at the National Assembly House.



The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Dr Oliver Dulic received today the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Wolfram Maas at the National Assembly House.

Speaker Dulic and Ambassador Maas talked about the current situation in Serbia, the overall improvement of relations of the two countries and interparliamentary cooperation. They believe that the cooperation of Bundestag and the National Assembly is excellent and that the parliamentary friendship group with Germany, to be formed at the Assembly, will contribute to its further improvement.

The German Ambassador stated that his country considers Serbia’s approach to the European Union very important and that it will give Serbia its full support. He considers Serbia capable of concluding the talks on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU stressing that he sees Serbia as the centre of Southeastern Europe.
