The National Assembly will be deliberating on the Bill on Enforcement and Security, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notaries, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Organisation of Courts and the Bill amending the Law on Judges, submitted by the Serbian Government.

The MPs will also debate the Bill amending the Law on Public Prosecution, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the High Judicial Council, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the State Prosecutorial Council, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Judicial Academy and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees, also submitted by the Government.

The National Assembly Speaker also proposed that the MPs discuss the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Poland on Mutual Protection of Classified Information, Bill amending and modifying the Healthcare Law, Bill modifying the Law on Health Insurance and the Bill modifying the Law on Medical Documentation and Records.

The sitting will be held at National Assembly House, starting at 10 am.
