Ninth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 14 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill on Preventing Domestic Violence, Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code, Bill on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, Terrorism and Corruption, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Seizure and Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime, submitted by the Serbian Government.


The Committee found, by majority vote, all the bills to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Dejan Sulkic, Miroljub Stankovic, Vesna Markovic, Dragan Sormaz, Vojislav Vujic, Balint Pasztor and Ljupka Mihajlovska.
