The amendments change the amount of remuneration for High Judicial Council and State Prosecutors’ Council members from the ranks of lawyers and law faculty professors so that in future it would be set by multiplying the coefficient 6.00 with the base rate for salary calculation and payment. This equates their wages with the salaries earned by the members of these bodies from the ranks of judges i.e. deputy public prosecutors.

The Committee adopted a Conclusion on the price of fuel for the calculation of the compensation paid for the use of private vehicle for official purposes from article 3 of the decision on deputies’ compensation.
The Committee considered the request of deputy Marija Bugarcic for the payment of a monthly compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and adopted a Document establishing the right to a monthly compensation in a sum of 35 thousand RSD. At the request of deputy Snezana Sedlar, the Committee gave a positive opinion according to which she can perform the duty of Chairperson of the Board of Directors of company “Hipol” AD from Odzaci in addition to her duty as member of parliament.
The Committee adopted a Decision on salary for Altiparmakov Nikola, Fiscal Council member and documents on remuneration for Fiscal Council President and member, Petrovic Pavle and Vuckovic Vladimir.

The Committee members adopted the list of A-I and A-II stickers.

At the sitting the Committee also discussed the decision proposal on the organisation and work at the National Assembly Service. Secretary General Veljko Odalovic elaborated the proposals to terminologically harmonise some of the solutions with the Uniform Methodological Rules for Legislative Drafting, Law on Civil Servants, Law on the National Assembly and National Assembly Rules of Procedure. It was agreed to prepare a revised text of the decision proposal and continue the debate at the next Committee sitting.
