New Extraordinary Session on Monday, 27 July

The new, 16th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015, has been called for Monday, 27 July, at the request of the Serbian Government, with 14 items on its agenda.


The agenda contains the Bill on Special Conditions of Sale of Certain Real Estate Owned by the Republic of Serbia, Bill on Payment Transactions of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs and Physical Entities Not Engaged in Activity, Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law, Bill amending and modifying the Public Debt Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Pecuniary Liabilities in Commercial Transactions, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank for Project Clinical Centres/A and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank for Project Clinical Centres/B.

The MPs will also deliberate on the Bill on Manner of Determining the Maximum Number of Public Sector Employees, Bill on Register of Persons Employed, Elected, Nominated, Appointed and Hired with Public Funds Beneficiaries, Bill on Road Transport of Goods and Bill on Road Transport of Passengers.

The agenda also contains the Bill on Textbooks, Bill amending the Law on Higher Education and Bill amending the Law on the Basis of the System of Education and Upbringing.

The session will be held at the National Assembly House, starting at 10 am.
