National Assembly Speaker Congratulates Christmas

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Dr Vladimir Orlic congratulated Christmas to His Holiness, Serbian Patriarch Kyr Porfirije, the clergy of the Serbian Orthodox Church and to all the citizens celebrating Christmas according to the Julian Calendar:

“On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and my own behalf, allow me to congratulate the upcoming Christmas to You, the clergy and all the faithful.

May this joyous celebration of the birth of life be an inexhaustible source of spiritual strength, love and unity in worthy preservation and strengthening of our Serbia, work for its good, the pride of all the people who belong to it and the Serbian people as a whole.

May you spend the holidays in health, joy and well-being, Peace on Earth – Christ is born!” says Dr Orlic in his Christmas Greeting.
