NARS Speaker Launches New NARS Website
Today, at a ceremony at the Central Hall of the National Assembly House, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic and Susan Fritz, Director of the USAID Mission to Serbia, launched the new NARS website.
“At the National Assembly, supreme representative, constitutional and legislative body in Serbia, we pass laws which regulate social life. It is our duty to build and perfect a thorough constitutional-legal system, and always remain aware, when regulating specific social issues, both of the broadest picture of the existing relations and those relations that are yet to be established. It is our task to supervise the work of the executive government and cultivate parliamentary diplomacy. Our citizens pass the most important judgment on our work.
Therefore, we made sure that the website is a wide open window into the work of our institution, always available to all who wish to gain better insight into our activities”, said National Assembly Speaker Slavica Djukic Dejanovic on the occasion.
Djukic Dejanovic invited the citizens to visit the new National Assembly website regularly and wished that the website might become a tool in their daily two-way communication with the institution.
