The oath was taken by 47 judges newly-elected to the basic courts in Krusevac, Brus, Novi Pazar, Sjenica, Kraljevo, Cacak, Uzice, Pozega, Jagodina, Despotovac, Bor, Bujanovac, Vranje, Dimitrovgrad, Zajecar, Knjazevac, Lebane, Leskovac, Pirot, Prokuplje and Surdulica.

The National Assembly Speaker wished the judges success, stating that she believed they would arbitrate independently and without bias, in line with the law and Constitution, following their conscience, and ensure a just trial for everyone, thus contributing to the reputation of the judicial office in the Republic of Serbia.

36 deputy public prosecutors also elected to the post for the first time at the sitting on 9 November took the oath of office as well and Gojkovic wished them success saying that she believed that in the pursuit of their duties they would follow their conscience and ensure a just treatment of all the citizens according to the law, thus contributing to the reputation of the prosecutorial office.
