Judges Take Oath of Office

Judges elected under the Decision on the adoption of objections and the election of judges to permanent judicial office adopted in the process of reexamining the decisions of the first constitution of the High Judicial Council on the termination of judicial office by the High Judicial Council at its sittings held on 20 July, 22 July and 9 September 2011, took the oath of office before the National Assembly Speaker, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic.


Judges Vojkan Dimitrijevic from Belgrade, Svetlana Petrovic from Vrnjacka Banja, Danica Miljevic from Pozarevac, Zoran Markovic from Zajecara, Zdravka Pisaric from Futog, Krunislav Bozinovic from Sokobanja, Ksenija Sokolovic from Nis, Tatjana Kuslic Prdic from Novi Sad, Milan Aleksic from Valjevo, Vera Vukotic from Belgrade and Milka Vukovic from Sutjeska took the oath.

"I believe that, by doing your judicial duty, you will greatly contribute to the further improvement of the judiciary system in Serbia and I am sure that in achieving justice you will face no insurmountable obstacles", said the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic to the judges.

The oath taking ceremony was attended by Mirjana Ivic, Vice President of the High Judicial Council and Veljko Odalovic, Secretary General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
