Hundredth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At its 100th sitting, held on 26 September, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant MP seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of MP Dragan Markovic-Palma, elected from the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) – Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS) – United Serbia (US) electoral list, left a vacant MP seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with the provision of article 88 of the Law on Election of Deputies.
Having ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of MP Zoran Vasic, the Committee unanimously adopted a report noting the verification of the newly-elected MP’s terms of office which will be submitted to the National Assembly.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
