Hundred and Twenty-Seventh Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 27 June, the Legislative Committee considered the five Bills on the confirmation of international agreements and treaties which will be on the agenda for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly:
Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (second public finance development programme loan), Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement (Apex loan for small and medium enterprises and medium market capitalization enterprises II/A) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Serbia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement (Apex loan for small and medium enterprises and medium market capitalization enterprises II/B) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Serbia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Guarantee Agreement Fiat compact cars Serbia/C between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Guarantee Agreement Fiat compact cars Serbia/D between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank.
The Committee unanimously decided to inform the National Assembly that all the submitted Bills comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
