Hundred and Twentieth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 11 May, the Legislative Committee considered and formulated the Proposal for an authentic interpretation of article 18, paragraph 2 of the Law on Churches and Religious Communities, submitted by the Government.
At the sitting held on 11 May, the Legislative Committee considered and formulated the Proposal for an authentic interpretation of article 18, paragraph 2 of the Law on Churches and Religious Communities, submitted by the Government. The Committee shall forward the Proposal for the authentic interpretation to the National Assembly.
At the sitting, the Legislative Committee formulated the text of the answer to the Constitutional Court on the proceedings for the estimation of constitutionality and compliance with confirmed international agreements of the provisions of article 2, article 5, paragraph 1 in the part reading: “which shall be adopted by the permanent composition of the High Judicial Council” and paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Law amending and modifying the Law on Judges.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic.
