Hundred and Sixth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 22 December, the members of the Legislative Committee considered the nine Bills included into the agenda for the Eighth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. The Committee decided to inform the National Assembly that all the Bills adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Regarding the proposals to evaluate the constitutionality of the provisions of article 2, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, article 3, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, article 4, paragraphs 1, 4 and 5, article 5, paragraphs 2 and 3, article 6, article 7, paragraph 2, article 9, paragraphs 1, 3 and 4, article 10, article 13, item 1, article 16, item 1, article 68, items 1 to 4, article 73, paragraph 1, items 1 and 2, article 74, items 2 to 5, article 75, article 76, paragraph 1 and articles 82 and 86 of the Law on Establishing Competencies of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, the Legislative Committee decided to inform the Constitutional Court that the disputed provisions of the Law do not contradict the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic.
