Hundred and Forty-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 15 September, the Legislative Committee considered the 174 amendments submitted to the Criminal Procedure Bill, 167 amendments submitted to the Civil Procedure Bill and the 16 amendments submitted to the Bill on Protection of Business Secrets.
The Committee deemed all the amendments legally feasible.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
