Hundred and Forty-Fourth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 20 September, the Legislative Committee considered the three Bills submitted by the Government and included into the agenda for the Thirteenth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly in 2011.
The Committee considered the Public Property Bill, Bill on Property Restitution and Compensation and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Restitution of Property to Churches and Religious Communities, in principle.

In the course of the sitting the Committee also considered the 18 amendments submitted by the Government to the Public Property Bill, as well as the four amendments submitted by the Government to the Bill on Property Restitution and Compensation. The Committee unanimously declared all the amendments legally feasible.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
