Gojkovic Sends Telegram of Condolences to Chairman of Chinese National People's Congress

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic sent a telegram of condolences to the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People’s Republic of China Zhang Dejiang on the earthquake which struck China.


The National Assembly Speaker’s telegram of condolences states:

“We were deeply distressed by the news of the victims and injured in the earthquake your country suffered. Please allow me to extend heartfelt solidarity on the tragic event on the behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and myself to the Chinese people and leadership.

Please accept our friendly support in these difficult times and convey our deepest sympathies to the families of the victims and our hopes that the injured would recover quickly.”
