Fourth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee

At the sitting held on 25 November 2025, the Health and Family Committee considered the Bill on the Exchange of Data, Documents and Notifications in Cases of Temporary Incapacity for Work through the “e-Sick Leave – Employer” Software, submitted by the Government, in principle.

The Bill was presented by the Director of the Office for Information Technology and eGovernment of the Government of Serbia Dr Mihailo Jovanovic and State Secretary at the Ministry of Health Prof. Dr Ivana Stasevic Karlicic. The sitting was attended by representative of the Republic Health Insurance Fund Vesna Latinovic.

Following a debate the Committee adopted the Bill in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Bacevac and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Prof. Dr Dragan Delic, Dr Sanela Strainovic, Dr Emese Uri, Prof. Dr Snezana Rakic, Dr Ivan Rajicic, Dr Slobodan Milisavljevic, Dr Lidija Sarac, Katarina Stojanovic, Marina Mijatovic, Prim.
