Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 5 April 2023, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill on Electronic Communications, submitted by the Government, in principle, and the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications Activity Report for the period 22 October 2022 - 31 December 2022.
The Bill and the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications Activity Report for the period 22 October 2022 - 31 December 2022 were presented by Ministry representatives - State Secretary Milan Dobrijevic, Assistant Minister Katarina Tomasevic and secretary of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications Milica Catic.
Following a debate, the Committee members unanimously decided to adopt the Bill.
State Secretary Milan Dobrijevic presented the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications Activity Report for the period 22 October 2022 - 31 December 2022, which the Committee unanimously adopted.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ivana Nikolic, Tomislav Jakovljevic, Vojislav Vujic, Miroslav Kondic, Nikola Nesic, Dragan Jovanovic, Marina Lipovac Tanaskovic, Bojan Torbica, Dragovan Milinkovic, Marija Jovanovic, Djordje Todorovic and Ivana Srbulovic.
