Fourth Session of the First Regular Sitting in 2003 convened
The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, convened the Fourth Session of the First Regular Sitting in 2003 for Tuesday 8 April 2003, beginning at 10 a.
The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, convened the Fourth Session of the First Regular Sitting in 2003 for Tuesday 8 April 2003, beginning at 10 a.m.
The session will discuss the Bill on the Manner and Procedure of Making Changes to the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Commission for the Preparation of the Act on the Manner and Procedure of Making Changes to the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
The agenda of the session also includes the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Organisation and Competencies of State Bodies in Combating Organised Crime and the Bill Modifying the Act on Arms and Ammunition, both submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Deputies will also discuss a package of judiciary acts. The Government of the Republic of Serbia has submitted Bills Amending and Modifying the Act on the High Judiciary Council, the Act on the Public ProsecutorÆs Office, the Penal Code of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Penal Code of the Republic of Serbia.
The sessionÆs agenda also includes proposals for the dismissal, election, nomination and termination of office of judicial officials.
