First Sitting of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region
The Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region held its first sitting on 9 May 2014. The sitting was convened by National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic, as stipulated in article 25 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.
The Committee members elected MP Janko Veselinovic, from the Boris Tadic – New Democratic Party, Together for Serbia, Greens of Serbia Parliamentary Group, Committee Chairman and Miodrag Linta, from the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, Committee Deputy Chairman.
