First Session of the Second Regular Sitting in 2003 Convened
The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia convened the First Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly in 2003 for 10 a.
According to the agenda proposed by the Chairperson, the session will open with a Motion for the Dismissal of the Chairperson of the National Assembly, Natasa Micic, submitted by a group of 54 Deputies, as well as Motions for a Vote of No Confidence in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by 23 Deputies from the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group and 43 Deputies from the Democratic Party of Serbia Deputies’ Group.
Besides this, the session is to discuss the Bill on Bankruptcy Proceedings, the Bill on the Registration of Enterprises, the Bill on Keeping Records on Transactions Using Cash Registers Equipped with Fiscal Memory, and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Property Taxes, all submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The National Assembly will also discuss the Bill on the Agency for the Licencing of Receivers in Bankruptcy, the Bill on the Local Self-government Infrastructure Development Agency and the Bill on the Commercial Registries Agency, all submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
