At the sitting held on 5 November, the members of the Committee on Kosovo-Metohija were briefed on the investigation and processing of the parties responsible for crimes committed in Kosovo-Metohija since 1998, with a special focus on the crimes against members of the Serbian people and security forces and other non-Albanians in Kosovo-Metohija, and on the cooperation on the matter between the relevant authorities of the Republic of Serbia and EULEX.

In addition to Committee members and MPs, the sitting was also attended by representatives of the Office for Kosovo-Metohija of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office, Missing Persons Commission of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice, Association of the Families of the Kidnapped and Killed in Kosovo-Metohija and the US Embassy in Belgrade.
