Fifth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 20 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education, submitted by the Government.


The Committee rejected three of the amendments as incomplete viz. the amendment to Article 1 submitted by Ljupka Mihajlovska, amendment to Article 4 submitted by Sasa Radulovic and the amendment to Article 4 submitted by Dusan Pavlovic.

The Committee found the remaining 19 amendments to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zvonimir Stevic, Krsto Janjusevic, Zoran Krasic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic, Miroljub Stankovic, Gordana Comic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bajro Gegic, Balint Pasztor and Ljupka Mihajlovska.
