Eleventh Sitting of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction
On 25 February, the members of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction began a debate on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction.
On 25 February, the members of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction began a debate on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction. Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulic informed the present Committee members of the reasons for the amendments and modifications to the Law which should simplify and speed up the issuance of construction permits and allow for more efficient and cheaper legalisation of the illegally constructed buildings.
The Committee held the sitting in line with article 72 of the Rules of Procedure, so the Committee members will vote on the Bill in principle at the next sitting.
