Eleventh Sitting of the Administrative Committee

At a sitting closed to the public, the Administrative Committee determined the Proposal of the Decision allowing the apprehension-incarceration of Zeljko Munjiza, judge of the Trade Court in Belgrade under suspicion of committing the crime of breaking the law by a judge under article 360 of the Criminal Procedure Code.



At a sitting closed to the public, the Administrative Committee determined the Proposal of the Decision allowing the apprehension-incarceration of Zeljko Munjiza, judge of the Trade Court in Belgrade under suspicion of committing the crime of breaking the law by a judge under article 360 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The Report containing the Proposal of the Decision will be urgently forwarded to the National Assembly for consideration.

The Committee sitting, held on 26 September, was chaired by the Committee Deputy Chairman Nenad Konstantinovic.
