Eighty-Sixth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 14 April, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle 57 Bills included in the agenda for the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. The Committee members unanimously adopted the proposal that the Committee should inform the National Assembly that the Bill on Central Registry for Mandatory Social Security, as well as the 56 Bills confirming agreements, contracts, memorandums, conventions and protocols, adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.



At the sitting held on 14 April, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle 57 Bills included in the agenda for the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.

The Committee members unanimously adopted the proposal that the Committee should inform the National Assembly that the Bill on Central Registry for Mandatory Social Security, as well as the 56 Bills confirming agreements, contracts, memorandums, conventions and protocols, adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee unanimously proposed to inform the National Assembly that the Proposal of the Decision on the formation of a Working Group for the drafting of Bills for the purpose of creating formal legal conditions enabling authorities to act on reports of disappearances of newborn babies from maternity wards adheres to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
