Eightieth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 16 March, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the set of financial Bills included in the agenda for the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. The Committee deemed all the amendments submitted to the Customs Bill legally feasible, as well as the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law and Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, except for one amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law which was rejected as incomplete.

The Committee deemed all the amendments submitted to the Customs Bill legally feasible, as well as the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law and Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, except for one amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law which was rejected as incomplete. The amendments submitted to the Bill on the indebtedness of the Republic of Serbia at Erste GCIB Finance I.B.V. Amsterdam, with Erste Bank a.d. Novi Sad as agent, Marfin Bank a.d. Belgrade and Vojvodjanska Banka a.d. Novi Sad, and the Bill granting guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade under the debt of Public Enterprise Srbijagas Novi Sad were also found legally feasible.
The Committee went on to consider the amendments submitted to the Bill on Pre-School Upbringing and Education and deemed them legally feasible. The amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pupil and Student Standard were also found to be legally feasible except for the amendment submitted to article 103 of the Bill which the Committee estimated not to adhere to article 60, paragraph 3 of the Constitution of the
