Eighth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee

At the sitting held on 25 October 2023, the members of the Health and Family Committee considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Health Insurance Law and the Bill on Healthcare Documentation and Medical Records, submitted by the Government.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the seven amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Health Insurance Law.

Of the 17 amendments the MPs had submitted the Bill on Healthcare Documentation and Medical Records, the Committee accepted one, submitted to Article 29 of the Bill, w3hile the rest were rejected.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prim. Doc. Dr Darko Laketic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Muamer Bacevac, MA Svetlana Milijic, Dubravka Filipovski, Zoran Zecevic, Marija Todorovic, Dr Marko Bogdanovic, Prim. Dr Nada Macura and Jana Mateovic.
