Eighth Sitting of the European Integration Committee
At the sitting held on 26 November, the European Integration Committee considered, in principle, four of the bills on the agenda for the Eighth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2012.
The Bill on Payment Deadlines in Commercial Transactions, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Foreign Currency Transactions and the Bill on Default Interest were elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, while the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights was elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
The Committee members endorsed the Bills, in principle, by a majority of votes, with certain comments and suggestions.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Milica Delevic.
