The Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee submitted an amendment to Article 6 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development, which was accepted by the relevant Ministry.

Out of the 34 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development, the Committee accepted one, by majority vote, at the Government’s proposal. Out of the 48 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Stimulation of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Government and the Committee accepted two. The Government and the Committee accepted 16 of the 60 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Water Law.

The sitting was attended by the following representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection: Minister Branislav Nedimovic, Assistant Minister Zoran Janjatovic, Advisor to the Minister Radivoj Nadlacki, acting director of the Republic Water Directorate Natasa Milic, representative of the Republic Water Directorate Milan Njegovan, head of the Directorate for Agrarian Payments Zarko Radat and Special Advisor to the Prime Minister Dragan Glamocic.
