98th session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 14 November 2005, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia endorsed legal and technical revisions of texts of several Bills.
At its session held on 14 November 2005, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia endorsed legal and technical revisions of texts of several Bills.
The Committee endorsed legal and technical revisions of Article 191 of the Misdemeanours Bill, Article 62 of the State Audit Institution Bill, Articles 57, 67, 74 and 81 of the Tobacco Bill, and Articles 167 and 180 of the Police Bill.
The session was chaired by the chairman of the Legislative Committee, Milos Aligrudic.
