86th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 11 January 2022, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the Bill on the Provisional Register of Citizens of the Republic of Serbia Aged 16 to 29 to whom Financial Assistance is Paid to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic Caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Virus, submitted by the Government.


On behalf of the Ministry of Finance, the sitting was attended by Assistant Minister Vladimir Pejcic.

The Committee found the Bill on the Provisional Register of Citizens of the Republic of Serbia Aged 16 to 29 to whom Financial Assistance is Paid to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic Caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Virus, submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Marija Jevdjic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Olja Petrovic, Djordje Todorovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Adam Sukalo, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila and Gojko Palalic.
