86th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 6 December, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, Bill amending the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Tobacco Law, Bill amending the Value Added Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Security Insurance, Bill amending and the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and Employees, Bill on Reduction of Net Wages for Public Sector Employees, Bill amending the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, MA Vladimir Cvijan.
