78th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 19 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments to the Bill on Human Cells and Tissues.


Of the 526 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Human Cells and Tissues, the Committee found 524 to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Of the 165 amendments submitted to the Bill on Human Organ Transplantation, the Committee found 162 to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Of the 103 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Psychoactive Controlled Substances, the Committee found 83 to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Vesna Vukajlovic Nikolic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and Petar Petrovic.
