72nd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 12 June, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills on the agenda of the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th legislature.


The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Local Self-Government, Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Registry Books, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Agencies, Bill on Salaries of Employees of Public Agencies and Other Organizations Founded by the Republic of Serbia, Autonomous Province or Local Self-Government Unit, Bill amending and modifying the Law on National Councils of National Minorities, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of Rights and Freedoms of National Minorities, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Official Use of Languages and Scripts, Bill on the Confirmation of the Additional Protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the Right to Participate in the Affairs of a Local Authority, submitted by the Government, as well as the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Territorial Organization of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by MPs Studenka Kovacevic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Dr Darko Laketic and MA Dejan Radenkovic, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Gordana Comic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Zvonimir Stevic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and Milena Corilic.
