69th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 1 June, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the following bills:
- Bill on Protection of Financial Services Consumers in Distance Contracts, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
 - Bill on Financial Collateral, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
 - Bill on Interchange Fees and Special Operating Rules for Card-Based Payment Transactions, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
 - Bill amending and modifying the Law on Payment Services, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
 - Bill amending and modifying the Law on the National Bank of Serbia, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
 - Bill amending and modifying the Company Law, submitted by the Government;
 - Bill amending and modifying the Bankruptcy Law, submitted by the Government;
 - Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Second Public Expenditure and Public Utilities Development Policy Loan) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Reconstruction and Development Bank, submitted by the Government;
 - Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (State-Owned Financial Institutions Support Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Reconstruction and Development Bank, submitted by the Government;
 - Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Additional Financing for Second Serbia Health Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Reconstruction and Development Bank, submitted by the Government;
