66th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 4 July, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendment submitted to article 6 of the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2013 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2013 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2013 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2013 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the National Employment Service 2013 Financial Plan, by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending.
The Committee also unanimously declared the amendments the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending had submitted to articles 9 and 18 of the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Deputy Chairman, Srdjan Mikovic.
