65th sitting of the Privatisation Committee
The sixty-fifth sitting of the National Assembly’s Privatisation Committee, held on 29 September 2006, discussed and endorsed 12 reports of the Ministry of the Economy (MoE) and the Privatisation Agency (PA).
The sixty-fifth sitting of the National Assembly’s Privatisation Committee, held on 29 September 2006, discussed and endorsed 12 reports of the Ministry of the Economy (MoE) and the Privatisation Agency (PA).
The following reports were endorsed
 - The PA’s report on tender-based privatisation of Vrsac-based Vrsacki 
 Vinogradi JSC;
 - The PA’s amended report on the privatisation of Belgrade-based 
 Hidrotehnika LLC;
 - The PA’s amended report on the privatisation of Vranje-based Vranje 
 catering company;
 - The PA’s report on the privatisation of Mionica-based Mionica SOE;
 - The PA’s amended report on the privatisation of Nis-based Pomoravlje 
 SOE;
 - The PA’s report on the request of the general manager of Novi Sad-based 
 Autotrading PAN SOE to accelerate privatisation;
 - The MoE’s report in connection with the request of employees of Sabac-
 based 7. juli to accelerate privatisation;
 - The MoE’s report in connection with the request of the director of Uzice-
 based 24. septembar LLC to accelerate privatisation;
 - The PA’s report in connection with the request of officials of a
 consortium of national corporations to re-commence the sale by public 
 auction of Zemun-based Insa SOE;
 - The PA’s report on the monitoring of fulfilment of contractual obligations 
 of the buyer of Bela Palanka-based Ukras JSC, along with amendments 
 of 29 September;
 - The PA’s report on the monitoring of fulfilment of contractual obligations 
 of the buyers of Aleksandrovac-based Usluga, Koznik, Zupski uzor, 
 Ventil and Diskos, along with amendments of 29 September; and
 - The PA’s report on the status of catering facilities after the changes in 
 structure of Bor-based Rudarsko-topionicarski basen, currently 
 undergoing reconstruction.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee’s vice-chairman, Professor Dr Miodrag Stamenkovic, and attended by officials of the Ministry of the Economy, the Privatisation Agency, and the Share Fund.
