64th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 3 March, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the request of the State Audit Institution for consent to employ new staff.
State Auditor Radoslav Sretenovic said that the request concerns the full employment of 22 new members of staff, via a public call. He stressed that their recruitment would improve the productivity of the State Audit Institution which would result in more audits. The Committee unanimously consented to the request.
The Committee members went on to review the request of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection for consent to employ new staff. Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Rodoljub Sabic provided the rationale saying that new recruitments are necessary due to the scope of the requests sent to the Commissioner on a daily basis. The Committee unanimously consented to the request.
The Committee also granted consent to the request of the Securities Commission to employ 11 staff members holding a PhD degree, under temporary service contracts, to administer the tests for broker, investment advisor and portfolio manager.
The sitting was attended by Committee members and deputy members Petar Petrovic, Mira Petrovic, Djordje Milicevic, Vesna Rakonjac, Sasa Maksimovic, Ljubisa Stojmirovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dragana Barisic, Darko Laketic and Milisav Petronijevic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Zoran Babic.
