At its sitting held on 9 February, and chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Tomislav Nikolic, the Administrative Committee discussed a request submitted by the Belgrade First Municipal Public Prosecutor’s Office for information.
The Assistant Public Prosecutor requested the Committee to provide information about its session that noted deputies Vesna Lalic and Sovranije Conjagic had resigned the office of deputy after the two had filed criminal abuse of position charges. The Administrative Committee provided answers, which are to be sent, without delay, to the First Municipal Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The Committee postponed voting on the Proposal of the Revised Text of the Decision on Refund of Deputies’ Expenses for its next sitting, as two additional amendments more closely and carefully defining certain entitlements were adopted at this sitting.
The Committee went on to discuss and establish the form in which a deputy can request approval for monthly payments for renting accommodation in Belgrade.
It was also noted that deputy Djordje Cuvas had resigned the office of deputy to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, of which it will report to the National Assembly.
