61st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 21 June, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal of the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Condemning the Acts against Hungarian Civilians in Vojvodina Committed from 1944-1945, submitted by a group of 69 MPs.


By a majority of votes, the Committee members deemed that the Declaration Proposal complies with the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.The Committee members also declared the one amendment submitted to the Declaration Proposal compliant with the Constitution.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, MA Vladimir Cvijan.
