58th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 3 February, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, at the proposal of the State Prosecutorial Council, ascertained and by majority vote decided to accept the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of 22 public prosecutors at the Basic and Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office who had not been elected to the same posts.
The sitting was attended by Zorica Stojsic, member of the High Judicial Council.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by Committee members and deputy members Nedjo Jovanovic, Velinka Tosic, Vuceta Toskovic, Dragan Paunovic, Zoltan Pek, Jovan Markovic, Mirjana Andric, Branka Jankovic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Zivan Djurisic and Biljana Savovic.
